Create collaborative deal rooms with mutual action plans and password protection.

Deal Rooms

Deal rooms are shared digital spaces where you and your prospect collaborate throughout the sales process. They replace the chaos of email attachments and scattered documents with a single, professional hub.

Creating a Deal Room

  1. Open any deal and click the Deal Room tab.
  2. Click Create Deal Room.
  3. Customize the room: add your logo, set a welcome message, and choose a color theme.
  4. Add content: proposals, contracts, pricing sheets, case studies, videos, and any other files.
  5. Click Publish to generate a shareable link.

Sharing and Access Control

  • Public link — anyone with the link can view the room. Best for initial outreach.
  • Password protected — viewers must enter a password. Ideal for sensitive proposals.
  • Email-gated — viewers must enter their email before accessing. Great for tracking who views what.

Mutual Action Plans

A mutual action plan (MAP) is a shared checklist visible to both you and the prospect. It keeps the deal on track by defining clear next steps.

  1. In the deal room, click Add Mutual Action Plan.
  2. Add items with descriptions, owners (you or the prospect), and due dates.
  3. The prospect can check off items from their side. You see updates in real time.
Pro tip: Deals with mutual action plans close 30% faster on average. Adding a MAP signals professionalism and keeps both sides accountable.

Analytics

Every deal room tracks engagement:

  • Who viewed the room and when
  • How long they spent on each document
  • Which files were downloaded
  • Whether the proposal was viewed (and how many times)

These analytics appear on the deal timeline and feed into the AI deal score.
