By accessing or using Deskmantle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

Deskmantle is an AI-powered chief-of-staff platform that helps business owners and professionals manage their email, calendar, tasks, clients, and business workflow. The Service includes: • Desk AI (voice + text assistant powered by Google Gemini) • Gmail and Google Calendar integration • Task and client relationship management • AI-assisted client call preparation and follow-up drafting • Social media management • Automated workflows and daily AI-generated briefs You are solely responsible for all communications you send through the Service. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR), and to send messages only to recipients who have a prior business relationship with you or who have otherwise consented to receive communications.

You must create an account to use Deskmantle. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Keep your account credentials secure • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Be responsible for all activity under your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission • Use the Service in a way that could harm, disable, or overburden our infrastructure

Deskmantle uses AI to generate responses, briefs, email drafts, call preparation notes, social media posts, and suggestions. You acknowledge that: • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it • You are responsible for any emails, calls, or posts sent through the Service on your behalf • We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI responses Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for legal, financial, medical, or other professional decisions.

By connecting your Google account, you authorize Deskmantle to access your Gmail and Google Calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Google integration complies with your obligations to your email contacts and any applicable laws.

Paid plans are billed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan: • You authorize recurring charges at the applicable subscription rate • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice Free plans may be limited in features, usage, or availability.

Deskmantle and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service (tasks, client notes, business information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately • We may delete your data subject to our data retention policy • Any provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@deskmantle.com.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The AI will be accurate or reliable • The Service will meet your specific requirements Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deskmantle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
