Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Deskmantle. This policy explains when you can request a refund and how to do it.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a new paying customer and you are not satisfied with Deskmantle, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. No justification required.

2. Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. As a courtesy, we will refund an annual renewal charge if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and you have not made substantial use of the Service during that period.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

4. What Is Not Refundable

• Usage-based charges that have already been consumed (AI minutes, SMS sends, phone calls) • Third-party pass-through costs (Twilio numbers, domain registrations, paid add-ons) • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@deskmantle.com from the email address on your Deskmantle account. Include your account email and the approximate date of the charge. We will respond within 2 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to charges made after the effective date.
