Calendar and Public Booking Pages

Sync your calendar, create booking pages, and manage appointments.

Calendar and Booking Pages

Deskmantle integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar to keep your schedule in sync. You can also create public booking pages that let clients schedule time with you — no back-and-forth emails needed.

Connecting Your Calendar

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Calendar.
  2. Click Connect Google Calendar or Connect Outlook Calendar.
  3. Authorize the connection. Deskmantle reads your availability and syncs new events both ways.
  4. Choose which calendars to sync — you can select specific calendars if you have multiple.

Viewing Your Calendar

Click Calendar in the left sidebar. Features include:

  • Day, week, and month views.
  • Color-coded events by type (meeting, task, personal, etc.).
  • Client context — hover over any meeting to see the associated client and deal info.
  • Meeting prep — before a meeting, Desk shows a brief with client history, open deals, and talking points.

Creating Booking Pages

  1. Go to Calendar > Booking Pages and click + New Booking Page.
  2. Configure the page:
    • Meeting name — e.g., "30-Minute Discovery Call" or "Free Consultation."
    • Duration — 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes (or custom).
    • Availability — set which days and hours you are available. Deskmantle automatically blocks times when you have existing events.
    • Buffer time — add padding between meetings (e.g., 15 minutes before and after).
    • Questions — add intake questions the booker must answer (e.g., "What is your biggest challenge right now?").
  3. Customize the appearance with your branding (logo, colors).
  4. Click Publish to get a shareable link.
Pro tip: Embed your booking page on your website using the provided iframe code, or add the link to your email signature for easy scheduling.

What Happens When Someone Books

  • A calendar event is created on both your and the booker's calendar.
  • A confirmation email is sent to the booker with meeting details and any video call link.
  • If the booker is not already a client, Deskmantle creates a new client record automatically.
  • A reminder is sent to both parties before the meeting (configurable).
