Settings, Notifications, and Integrations
Deskmantle's settings panel gives you control over how the platform looks, behaves, and connects to your existing tools. This guide covers the most important configuration options.
Account Settings
Accessible from the avatar menu in the top-right corner:
- Profile — name, email, avatar, and time zone.
- Password and security — change password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Email signature — set your default signature for emails sent through Deskmantle.
- Language — Deskmantle supports English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and more.
Notifications
Configure notifications in Settings > Notifications. For each event type, choose:
- In-app — a notification bell alert inside Deskmantle.
- Email — receive an email notification.
- Push — browser or mobile push notification.
- Off — no notification for this event.
Event types include: new email, deal update, task assignment, task overdue, client health alert, invoice paid, form submission, team mention, and more.
Integrations
Deskmantle connects with the tools you already use. Navigate to Settings > Integrations to browse available connections:
- Email — Gmail, Outlook
- Calendar — Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar
- Phone — built-in (powered by Twilio)
- WhatsApp — WhatsApp Business API
- Payments — Stripe, PayPal
- Cloud storage — Google Drive, Dropbox
- Social media — LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook
- Video conferencing — Zoom, Google Meet
- Webhooks — connect any tool using custom webhooks
- Zapier — connect to thousands of apps via Zapier
API Access
Deskmantle offers a REST API for custom integrations and automations. Generate an API key in Settings > API. The API documentation is available at api.deskmantle.com/docs.
