Reviews and Reputation Management
Online reviews are one of the most powerful trust signals for any business. Deskmantle helps you proactively collect reviews, monitor them across platforms, and respond quickly — all from a single dashboard.
Connecting Review Platforms
- Go to Content > Reviews.
- Click Connect Platform and choose from Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, and more.
- Authorize the connection. Deskmantle pulls in your existing reviews and monitors for new ones.
Review Dashboard
The review dashboard shows:
- Overall rating — your average star rating across all platforms.
- Rating trends — is your rating improving or declining over time?
- Recent reviews — newest reviews with platform, rating, date, and text.
- Review volume — how many reviews you are getting per week/month.
- Sentiment analysis — Desk analyzes review text and categorizes sentiment as positive, neutral, or negative.
Collecting Reviews
Proactively request reviews from happy clients:
- Go to Reviews > Request Reviews.
- Select clients to send requests to (Deskmantle suggests clients with high health scores).
- Choose the platform you want them to review on.
- Customize the request message.
- Click Send. The client receives an email with a direct link to leave a review.
Responding to Reviews
Respond to reviews directly from Deskmantle:
- Click any review in the dashboard.
- Click Reply.
- Write your response or let Desk generate one. Desk crafts professional, on-brand responses — grateful for positive reviews, empathetic and solution-oriented for negative ones.
- Click Post. The response is published on the original platform.
Pro tip: Set up an automation to request a review from every client 7 days after a deal is closed won. This catches clients at their happiest and dramatically increases your review volume.
Automated Review Monitoring
Deskmantle sends you notifications when new reviews come in. Configure alert thresholds — for example, get an immediate notification for any review below 3 stars so you can respond quickly.
