Create and manage content: blog posts, landing pages, forms, and social media scheduling.

Content Marketing

Deskmantle includes a full content marketing suite so you can create blog posts, build landing pages, design lead capture forms, and schedule social media — all without leaving your CRM.

Blog

  1. Navigate to Content > Blog.
  2. Click + New Post.
  3. Write your post using the rich text editor. Features include headings, images, videos, code blocks, tables, and embeds.
  4. Set SEO metadata: title tag, meta description, URL slug, and featured image.
  5. Preview the post, then click Publish or schedule for a future date.

AI assist: Ask Desk to "Write a blog post about [topic]" and it generates a full draft with SEO optimization. You can also ask it to "Suggest five blog topics for [your industry]."

Landing Pages

  1. Go to Content > Pages and click + New Page.
  2. Choose a template or start from scratch using the drag-and-drop page builder.
  3. Add sections: hero, features, testimonials, pricing, FAQ, CTA, and more.
  4. Customize colors, fonts, and images to match your brand.
  5. Publish to a Deskmantle subdomain or connect your custom domain.

Forms

  1. Go to Content > Forms and click + New Form.
  2. Add fields: name, email, phone, dropdown, text area, file upload, and custom fields.
  3. Set a thank-you message or redirect URL.
  4. Configure what happens on submission: create a client record, add to a sequence, notify a team member, or trigger an automation.
  5. Embed the form on your website using the provided code snippet, or link directly.

Social Media

  1. Go to Content > Social.
  2. Connect your social accounts: LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook.
  3. Click + New Post.
  4. Write your post (or ask Desk to write it). Attach images or videos.
  5. Select which platforms to post to.
  6. Post immediately or schedule for a specific date and time.
Pro tip: Use the content calendar view to see all scheduled blog posts and social media posts in one place. This helps maintain a consistent publishing cadence.
