AI Autonomous Agents

Deploy AI agents for SDR outreach, executive assistance, customer success, and bookkeeping.

AI Autonomous Agents

Deskmantle AI agents go beyond simple automations. They are autonomous digital workers that can research, decide, and act on your behalf. Each agent specializes in a specific business function and operates continuously in the background.

Available Agents

SDR Agent (Sales Development Representative)

The SDR agent handles top-of-funnel prospecting:

  • Researches prospects based on your ideal customer profile.
  • Crafts personalized outreach emails using prospect data.
  • Sends initial emails and follow-ups on your behalf.
  • Qualifies responses and routes hot leads to your team.
  • Logs all activity in the CRM automatically.

Executive Assistant Agent

The EA agent manages your calendar and communications:

  • Responds to scheduling requests by checking your availability and proposing times.
  • Sends meeting confirmations and reminders.
  • Prepares meeting briefs with client context.
  • Handles rescheduling and cancellation requests.
  • Drafts follow-up emails after meetings.

Customer Success Agent

The CS agent monitors client health and intervenes proactively:

  • Monitors client health scores and engagement metrics.
  • Sends check-in emails to clients who have gone quiet.
  • Flags at-risk accounts and creates tasks for your team.
  • Shares relevant resources, updates, and content with clients.
  • Tracks renewal dates and initiates renewal conversations.

Bookkeeper Agent

The bookkeeper agent handles financial administration:

  • Categorizes expenses automatically from connected bank accounts or receipt uploads.
  • Generates and sends recurring invoices on schedule.
  • Sends payment reminders for overdue invoices.
  • Reconciles payments and updates financial records.
  • Prepares monthly financial summaries.

Activating an Agent

  1. Go to Automation > AI Agents.
  2. Click on the agent you want to activate.
  3. Configure the agent settings — each agent has specific parameters (e.g., the SDR agent needs your ideal customer profile, the EA agent needs calendar preferences).
  4. Set the agent's autonomy level: Suggest only (agent proposes actions for your approval) or Act autonomously (agent executes without asking).
  5. Click Activate.
Pro tip: Start with "Suggest only" mode for a week to build trust and calibrate the agent's behavior. Once you are confident, switch to autonomous mode.

Monitoring Agent Activity

View what each agent is doing in Automation > Agent Activity. You see a log of every action taken, and you can pause, adjust, or override any agent at any time.
