What is Deskmantle?
Deskmantle is an all-in-one AI CRM built for businesses of all sizes. It combines a CRM, email inbox, calendar, invoicing, proposals, AI assistant, workflow automation, and phone agent into a single platform — so you can stop paying for 6+ disconnected tools and run your business from one place.
Who is Deskmantle for?
Deskmantle is designed for founders, agency owners, enterprises, consultants, and teams of any size who need a powerful business platform without unnecessary complexity. If you're currently juggling HubSpot, Google Workspace, Calendly, FreshBooks, and Slack — Deskmantle replaces all of them.
How is Deskmantle different from HubSpot or Salesforce?
HubSpot and Salesforce are built for large sales teams with dedicated admins. They require weeks of setup, cost hundreds per seat, and charge extra for every feature. Deskmantle is built for owners and operators — it sets up in under 10 minutes, includes AI natively (not as an add-on), and bundles CRM, email, invoicing, proposals, phone calling, and automation into one flat-rate plan. No per-seat pricing, no feature gating, no implementation consultants.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to every feature in your chosen plan. At the end of the trial you'll be prompted to subscribe. If you don't, your data is preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Setup and Getting Started
How long does setup take?
Under 10 minutes. Sign up, connect your Gmail or Outlook and Google Calendar under Settings, then complete the short onboarding wizard. Desk starts working immediately — no migration period, no training data, no waiting.
Can I import from HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce?
Yes. Export your contacts, deals, and notes as a CSV from any of those platforms, then upload them under Settings. Desk will auto-map fields like name, email, company, deal stage, and value.
How do I connect my email?
Go to Settings, then Integrations, select Gmail or Outlook and click Connect. You'll authorize via OAuth — Desk never sees your password. Once connected, your inbox syncs in real time and Desk triages every incoming email.
AI and Features
What AI features are included?
Deskmantle includes 30+ AI-powered tools: email drafting and reply suggestions, inbox triage and summarization, client research and enrichment, deal scoring, follow-up generation, document analysis, web search, voice calling with live transcription, workflow automation, a personalized Daily Brief, and cross-session memory that remembers your decisions and preferences.
How does the AI phone agent work?
The AI Caller lets you initiate outbound calls to clients and contacts. You provide a script or talking points, and Desk conducts the call, handles common objections, and books interested clients directly to your calendar. Full transcripts and AI summaries are saved to the CRM automatically. Available on Operator plan and above.
Will Desk send messages without my approval?
No. Desk always shows you a preview of any outbound email or SMS and waits for your explicit confirmation before sending. The same applies to deleting records or modifying automations.
What is the Daily Brief?
The Daily Brief is a personalized morning digest Desk generates each day. It surfaces your top-priority emails, today's calendar events, overdue tasks, important client updates, deal movements, and any decisions that need your attention — all in one view.
How does the workflow automation work?
The Automation Builder (Operator plan+) lets you create trigger-based workflows without code. Examples: when a new lead comes in, auto-enrich the contact, score them, and draft a follow-up email. When an invoice goes overdue, send a reminder. When a deal moves to "Won," create a project and send an onboarding email.
Pricing and Billing
How does pricing work?
Deskmantle offers three plans: Solo ($49/mo), Operator ($149/mo), and Executive ($399/mo). Each plan is a flat monthly rate — not per-seat. You get access to all features in your plan tier. Annual billing saves 20%.
Is it per-user or per-workspace?
Per-workspace. You pay one flat rate for your workspace, not per seat. Solo includes 1 user, Operator includes up to 5 team members, and Executive includes unlimited users. This means adding team members never increases your bill unexpectedly.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of your cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts.
Security and Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use enterprise-grade database infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II certified) and deploy on hardened cloud infrastructure. Access controls, audit logging, and row-level security are enforced across the entire platform.
Does AI use my data for training?
No. Your data is never used to train general AI models. AI features are powered by Google Gemini under our enterprise API agreement, which explicitly prohibits using customer prompts or data for model training. Your business information stays yours.
